When you request a ride, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination, trip dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight information, vehicle choice, requested child seats, additional stops and any notes you choose to provide.
Our website and booking page may also receive basic technical and usage information, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and interactions with booking controls.
How we use your information
We use this information to prepare quotes, review and fulfill reservation requests, coordinate pickups, communicate about your ride, process an applicable deposit, respond to questions, prevent spam and improve our website and booking experience.
We do not sell personal information.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers to operate the website and reservation process. These may include Cloudflare for site delivery and temporary reservation storage, Google Maps for addresses and route previews, Google Analytics for website measurement, Resend for reservation emails and Square for secure deposit payments. Each provider may process information under its own privacy terms.
If a deposit is required, you enter payment information directly on Square's secure page. Lynnfield Airport Ride does not receive your complete card number through our booking form.
Retention and security
Reservation records stored in the booking system are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Operational emails and business records may be kept longer when reasonably needed to provide service, maintain records, resolve questions or meet applicable obligations.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email or online storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include sensitive financial, medical or identification information in the notes field.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about your request, or ask us to correct or delete it when appropriate. You can also book or ask a privacy question by calling (857) 333-5407.
