Request the seats when you arrange the ride
Tell us how many children are traveling and which seats you need. Infant, toddler and booster options are available by advance request, with two seats included. If the seat choice is unclear or you need more than two, contact us to confirm availability and arrangements before booking.
A return ride needs its own seat instructions. Include them for the airport pickup as well as the outbound journey, especially if different family members are traveling home.

Choose the vehicle around the whole trip
Include children in the passenger count. Then count checked suitcases, carry-ons and bulky items such as a folded stroller. Child seats use passenger positions, and a vehicle's maximum luggage figure depends on bag size and seating arrangement.

OUTBOUND AND RETURN
Keep airport day simple
For departure, provide the full pickup address and your flight details. Plan time for getting the family and luggage into the vehicle as well as the drive and your airline's recommended airport arrival time.
For arrival, share the flight number so we can monitor it. After landing, keep your phone available, collect your bags and stroller, and follow the chauffeur's confirmed meeting instructions. Read our Logan Airport pickup guide for the full arrival sequence.

Are child seats included in the fare?
Two child seats are included when requested in advance. Infant, toddler and booster options are available. Tell us the number and type you need so we can confirm the arrangement before your ride.
How do I request a child seat?
Include the seat request when arranging your reservation. If you are unsure which option to request, call or text before confirming. Request seats for both journeys if you are booking a return trip.
Can I bring my own child seat?
Let us know when arranging the ride so we can confirm the vehicle and allow time for your setup. Include any seat you are transporting with the luggage count as well.
Will an SUV fit our family, suitcases and stroller?
It depends on the number of passengers, installed child seats and the size of your luggage. Share the suitcase count and folded stroller size before selecting a vehicle. Maximum passenger and luggage figures should not be assumed to fit every combination.
Is this a shared airport shuttle?
No. The vehicle is reserved for your party. We provide private transportation between your agreed pickup location and Logan Airport, with any additional stops arranged in advance.
Can you pick us up at Logan for the return journey?
Yes. Provide the return flight number, date, destination, passenger count and child-seat request. After landing, keep your phone available and follow the meeting instructions confirmed for your terminal.
